We accept .STL and .3MF files for print-from-file jobs. Please ensure your file has been checked for errors and is scaled to your desired dimensions before submitting. This service is not yet open for orders — check back soon.
ArcLayer Forge does not offer 3D design services for customer print jobs — you will need to supply your own print-ready .STL or .3MF file. However, we do design and produce our own custom products in-house, which are available on Etsy and MakerWorld.
Print-from-file pricing is quoted per job based on size, material, and print time — there's no flat rate since every file is different. This service isn't open for orders yet, but once it is, you'll be able to reach out for a quote.
We specialize in laser engraving on powder coated tumblers and a variety of other materials. Have something specific in mind? Get in touch and we'll let you know if it's something we can work with.
Turnaround time depends on the complexity and size of the order. Every job is handled personally, so we'll give you a realistic timeline when you reach out with your project details.
Yes — we ship anywhere in the United States. Local customers in the Birmingham area are also welcome to arrange pickup.
